We begin by getting the boss’s perspective of the coachee’s current strengths and opportunities for improvement.

We then get the coachee’s take on the coaching engagement… An opportunity or a punishment? What are their personal goals? Where would they like to improve?

Finally, we meet with both the boss and the coachee to make sure everyone is on the same page before we begin the coaching process.
