Jeffrey A. Rigsby
Chairman and Co-Founder
Mr. Rigsby has a proven senior
executive track record. With over 20 years of financial service industry
experience, he has built successful retail bank networks, broker-dealer
organizations, finance companies, and mission critical data warehouse systems.
Rigsby's focus is on strategy,
stakeholder satisfaction, and board governance. He has extensive
experience in the financial service and government sectors.
Mr. Rigsby is a published author
with his most recent book, "Mastering Strategy: Insights of the World's
Greatest Leaders and Thinkers" emerging as one of 2003 best selling books on
business. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine
University.
Guy Greco
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
For more than two decades, Mr. Greco has
consulted with global organizations and government agencies on issues related
to leadership, executive alignment, core values, and organizational character.
Guy's primary focus is supporting
executive development programs in the government and financial service sectors.
Guy is an accomplished speaker and has
been a frequent speaker for Fortune 500 companies and the Unites States
Department of Defense.

Ray Williams
Partner
Ray Williams brings over 30 years of
Corporate
and
Consulting experience to Virtual CEO clients.
He has extensive, executive level management and
consulting experience. As an agent of change, he
has acted as the focal point and driver in the
creation of clear Corporate Vision and the
implementation of Management and Customer
Service improvement programs that have resulted in
significant bottom line results.
His positions in the
corporate world have included responsibility as President and Chief Operating
Officer of a $5 billion commercial bank. In addition, he has corporate
experience in $10 Billion plus organizations including Line Profit Centers
responsibility, Internal Corporate Consulting, Strategic Planning, Sales,
Marketing, Staff Development, Information Systems, Operations and Credit
Administration.
His 27 years of banking experience has included assignments with Chase
Manhattan Bank, Vice President; Union Bank, Executive Vice President; Standard
Chartered Bank, General Manager; California Federal Bank, Executive Vice
President and Riggs Bank, President. During his corporate tenure, Ray
facilitated the development and execution of a Quality Customer Service
Strategy in every one of his senior level assignments. His programs resulted in
dramatic improvement in customer service results, as measured by internal and
external independent shopping, as well as customer surveys, and operating
results. A significant growth in sales and profitability was consistently
realized.
Ray earned his Master of Business Administration -
Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and his
BA in Mathematics from Colgate University.
